Established in 1969 and engaged in business in Japan and the Philippines, ARCTEC Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of components for a wide range of devices. With the focus is on precision metal sheet machining, we specialize in high-variety low-volume mass-production with short deliveries. As the first company in the metal sheet industry to acquire ISO9001 accreditation, we are committed to realizing ongoing improvements in quality. ARCTEC’s Strengths

• Advanced Metal Sheet Machining Technology
  We apply the metal sheet technologies we have built up over many years to our development and manufacturing processes. In addition, we have introduced a fiber laser processor to enable machining of cutting-resistant materials such as copper, aluminum, brass and titanium.
  As well as this, we also own technologies including low-cost, high-performance “laminated plating and dies” used for the production of 3-dimensional shapes by stacking metal plates and “jigs, tools and precision washing baskets” designed and manufactured in line with customer requirements. These original technologies have earned ARCTEC Co., Ltd. Frontier Company accreditation from Tochigi prefecture.

• Proposal-based Company
  We meet all customer needs ranging from development and design to manufacture and assembly. We use advanced CAD and CAE systems to create VE proposals and prototypes.

• Plant in the Philippines
  In 2003, ARCTEC Co., Ltd. established a 100%-owned subsidiary in the Philippines. The plant is staffed by 120 personnel, including three seconded from Japan. Through initiatives such as technical guidance provided on site and training at the head office in Japan, the plant realizes quality on a par with that of Japan. In addition, having acquired ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditation and expanded its line to meet increased orders for aircraft parts, the plant is now aiming to acquire AS9100 accreditation.
