Since its establishment in 1967, PLANTEC INC. have created many original technologies regarding incineration plant and flue gas treatment systems through untiring research and development for over 45 years. We have delivered hundred and several tens of incineration plants and obtained over one hundred patents and utility model registrations in Japan and overseas. We will continue the effort to preserve the environment by utilizing and improving our technology and know-how of incineration plants.     Advantages of Vertical Combustor (Vertical Stoker Type Incinerator)
    Vertical Combustor is applicable for various waste types ranging from low calorific waste including moisture sludge to high calorific waste that are difficult to incinerate.


  • Turbo Chemical Baghouse

    Dry-type Chemical Reaction Baghouse
    Combustion treatment which reduces the volume of waste has been applied as the most efficient method in Japan. Meanwhile harmful substances such as suspended particulates, acid harmful gases (as hydrogen chloride, sulfur oxides, etc.), heavy metals (as mercury, lead, zinc, etc.) and dioxins are contained in flue gas generated by waste combustion. In our incineration plant, flue gas is properly treated by an originally developed very efficient dry-type chemical reaction baghouse using slaked lime and activated carbon. USEPA or EU emission limits for waste incinerators can be met. No addition of wet-type scrubbing system is required.
