Eureka Lab Co., Ltd. – Research and development of most advanced emulsification device

We conduct a variety of R&D centered on the cultivation of ideas and then turn the results of this into intellectual property. We then take the stance that the strongest candidates among these will lead to commercialization.

Eureka Lab was established on May 2007 as the first venture company of the University of Shizuoka. It is our fundamental philosophy of management to contribute to society through efforts to cultivate ideas in various fields (e.g. food, pharmaceuticals, machinery, electricity and IT), the expansion of cutting-edge and creative R&D, turning the results we obtain into patents and intellectual property, and then putting into practice business development focused around these. Our aim is to go from being Edison in the country to Edison in the town and from being the number one to the only one.

Product Line:

• Emulsionizer
  Emulsification device by shock wave of cavitation quite different from past technology. It composes of a high-pressure centrifugal pump that enables the gas mixing(international patent: 9 countries), the valve for the micro bubble generation(domestic patent pending, examination pending), and the circulation system of the sample storing tank(PCT: International patent pending).

• Cavitation Pump
  High-pressure centrifugal pump that can mix gas. Pump performance(lifting height, discharge) demonstrates three times the performance by an equal motor compared with the one. When the gas mixes, the cavitation phenomenon is generated, Decentralization of the sample, emulsification, and making minutely happen by grace of the shock wave.

• Micro Bubble Generation Valve
  Device that has both bubble generation function and valve function with Venturi tube. The grain diameter of the bubble can be controlled within the range of 1～30μ. Domestic patent pending, International patent preparing.

• Aspirator Valve
  Device that rolls the gas in the liquid by the principle of the aspirator when the liquid passes the main body. There is no leakage of the fluid because there is a backflow stop in the air inlet.

• Reduced Hydrogen Solution
  We will undertake the tall manufacture and the consulting of reduced hydrogen solution which are Electrolyte Dissolved Hydrogen Solution, Amino Acid Dissolved Hydrogen Solution and Vitamin Dissolved Hydrogen Solution.
