“Baigetsudo” was founded as a Japanese confectionery in Nagasaki city in 1894. Today, “Baigetsudo Honten” becomes the head office in Isahaya city, Nagasaki prefecture, and other stores and cafes are operated in Nagasaki prefecture too.
The most popular seet “See-su Cream” was created in 1955 by Kuki Honda, the third generation president. It’s simple combination of sponge cake that melts in mouth and finely custard cream with fluffy richness. Combination of yellow peach and pineapple topped on cream fairly harmonized, and it is always popular number one sweet till today until today.
